What tips would you want to give your younger self?
You can never be too customer focused, so try to spend as much time as possible getting their feedback. Also think strategically about your product and its positioning in the market. Often mistakes can be predicted.
What is the coolest thing about your job?
Working on the future is exciting and you can build great things with the right team. Being a founder gives you a freedom to explore these opportunities in a way which you really don’t get with other jobs.
What are the challenges of your job?
As your company grows the demands of you as CEO are constantly changing. You need to drive this adaptation and permanently question yourself and how you do things to ensure that you stay the best at what you do.

What book would you recommend for a founder?
I enjoyed reading a summary of Jeff Bezos’ annual shareholder letters at Amazon where I was struck by the way in which he challenged himself to always stay fresh in his approach.
