What motivated you to become a founder?

I realised that I was acting as if I was a founder in my corporate job, so this pushed me to take the plunge.


What tips would you want to give your younger self?

Engage more with potential customers about the product and gather their feedback instead of focusing on tech. 


What is the coolest thing about your job? 

You feel every achievement on a different level when you know that you built this thing from zero.


What do you appreciate about CNB?

The fairness with which they interact with us really sets CNB apart. This started during the initial investment and continues now in their multifaceted support.


How does your company make the world a better place? 

A renewable future is not possible without smart and flexible hydropower. Our solution for intelligent real-time control of hydro power-plants, is one small cog in the renewable energy transition.


What book would you recommend to a founder?

The Hard Thing About Hard things - Touches on many of the true challenges that you face as a startup founder and highlights the often unglamorous nature of the role.
