What motivated you to become a founder?
We realised that the low-priced robotics technology that we developed was addressing a gap in the market and this led us to found Fruitcore.
What tips would you want to give your younger self?
You don’t have to do everything yourself and by finding partners and involving other people in your idea at an early stage you allow yourself to be more focused.
What is the coolest thing about your job?
I love being able to come up with an idea, bring it to my team and see how the great people that we have brought together at Fruitcore bring this idea to life.
What are the challenges of your job?
The challenges of a founder vary a lot depending on what stage of development your company is in. Right now we are growing rapidly and are dealing with the challenges associated with onboarding a lot of new people.
What do you appreciate about CNB?
CNB has connected us with some great business contacts, and we also benefited greatly from the sales strategy coaching that CNB gave us.
How does your company make the world a better place?
We are helping to change the industry and bring robotic solutions to a wide array of companies for whom such technology has been financially out of reach until now.
What book would you recommend for a founder?
Jim Kwik: Limitless – Looks at how you can train your brain to tackle situations more effectively. I really like that it provides lots of strategies which can be easily incorporated into everyday life.
