What tips would you want to give your younger self?
Be more confident about your idea and really believe in how big it can become in 10 or 15 years. Then think about what actions should be taken now.
What is the coolest thing about your job?
The almost limitless nature of what you can achieve and the sense of freedom this brings. Also being able to experience the growth of my colleagues and the positive impact the company is having on their lives.
What are the challenges of your job?
You almost must learn a new job every year as the company grows and the requirements of your role changes, as I feel that you really have to do a job before you can delegate it effectively.
What do you appreciate about CNB?
We have developed a deep sense of trust and understanding with CNB, and feel that the return on investment is not their sole motivating factor and that their values are evident in the decisions that they make.
